3 Delicious & Healthy Summer Drinks

These 3 Very healthy and nutritious drinks suitable for Iftar meals as well good enough to have a glass at Sehri. It’s undoubtedly delicious as it’s made with Mango as the key ingredient. & if you are a mango fan, these are a must try.

Recipe 1-

Mango Lassi


  • 2 fresh mangoes 🥭

  • 1 cup yogurt

  • Pinch of saffron and cardamom powder 🤏🏻

  • 1/4-1/2 a cup of milk 🥛

  • Some ice cubes 🧊


Add all the ingredients to a blender and whizz. Serve Cold.

Recipe 2-

Mango Smoothie


  • 2 mangoes 🥭

  • 2 guavas

  • 1 banana 🍌

  • 1/2 cup milk 🥛

  • Some ice cubes 🧊


Add all the ingredients to a blender and whizz. Serve Cold.

Recipe 3-

Orange Spiced Drink 🍹 🍊


  • 1 cup fresh orange juice

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala

  • 1/2 tsp black salt

  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

  • Spoonfuls of chia seeds

  • Cold water

  • Some ice cubes 🧊


  1. In a pan, add the orange juice/pulp, grated ginger and sugar. Cook it on a low flame for 15 minutes.

  2. Put off the flame and strain the mix. Allow to cool.

  3. Once cooled add the spices. Cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, and lemon juice. Mix it well.

  4. You can use this concentrate to make your juice by adding 3-4 tablespoon of the orange concentrate, cold water, soaked chia seeds and some ice cubes.
