Chicken Malai Tikka is so easy to make in such less amount of time, with the simplest ingredients! Who wouldn't like it? & Talking about Biryani and Tikka,Is just a Gamechanger. Both, The Birayani And the Chicken Malai Tikka are the most popular dishes in india with such amazing flavors so i thought why not mix them together in parda style.

So, without wasting anymore time, let's get on with the recipe -

Chicken Tikka Parda Biryani

For the chicken marinade

  • 1kg chicken ( slit pieces )

  • 3tbs full thick yogurt

  • 3tbs fresh cream

  • 1tbs ginger garlic paste

  • 2tbs shan tandoor masala

  • 1tbsp red chili

  • 1tbsp paprika

  • 1/2tbsp kasoori meethi

  • 1tbsp garam masala

  • 1tbsp finely crushed cumin

  • 1tbsp finely crushed coriander

  • Salt to taste

  • 2tbsp lemon juice

  • 2tbsp butter or ghee

For the sauce

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 1tbs ginger garlic paste

  • 300g tomatoes finely chopped

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 green chilies sliced

  • 1/2 cup cream


Marinade:- Mix together all the ingredients including the chicken and keep over night

  1. Pre heat oven at 200 degrees C and bake the chicken. Keep chicken pieces on the oven grill and keep the tray underneath. Bake pieces on both sides until golden. Reserve its dripping.

  2. In a large pan heat oil, Add ginger garlic paste, 1 green chili and fry for some time.

  3. Add the chicken, remaining marinade, salt, green chili. Keep on low heat , cover and cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Add the cream and cook for further 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot
